With Cevoid you can collect from your customers & users (also know as User-generated content) in multiple places and display them in shoppable galleries on your website.

In this article, we will explain the core parts of Cevoid

  • Generating User-generating content
  • Using your company-generated content
  • Managing your posts
  • Displaying your content on your website
  • Rights management

Generating User-Generated content

You can collect content from several places, at Cevoid we call each content stream a SOURCE. A source can be a general or dedicated upload form, an Instagram Feed, Your customer's Instagram posts, and much more.

By setting up different sources you are able to collect content from your customers in the format that they prefer the best.

Using your company-generated content

You can blend your User-generated content with your company-generated content. This way you can utilize your existing content in new ways. One starting this is a great way of filling your galleries with content from day.

Your company-generated content is set up as separate sources and the most common uses are:

  • Your company's Instagram Feed

  • Uploaded posts in the Cevoid platform by your company

Managing your posts

Approve/decline posts

Before posts are published in your galleries and on your website they need to be approved. This prevents unwanted content from appearing on your website.

When you set up a source you can choose if you want to auto or manually approve posts from that specific source. We recommend using Auto approval only for in-house sources such as the company's Instagram feed.

Labels are a great way to group your posts around categories, seasons, and much more. By adding labels to your posts you can use labels as sources for your galleries.

Product tags

By adding product tags to your posts, the posts become shoppable and you can in this way increase conversion. Product tags also allow you to use specific products as sources for your galleries.

Displaying your content on your website

Galleries are where you display posts. There are several kinds of galleries to match all parts of your website. To determine what posts should appear in each gallery, you connect sources to each gallery. Each gallery can be customized and styled to match your website.

Rights management

When your users share content via Cevoid, we manage all rights management. This way we can ensure the correct use of the content no matter what platform it is collected from. If the user wants to withdraw their post share approval they can easily do this on a dedicated link they receive when they shared the post. When this happens we automatically withdraw the posts from your galleries and informs you via email.
